Spring ‘22 Favorites

These are a few of my favorite things:

1. Knot candle: $27

Two of my greatest fears these days are burning my house down and Gen-Z fashion girlies. This candle is the both of those things knotted together and I’d risk it all for it. Multiple colors are available.

2. COSRX Advanced Snail Mucin Powder Sheet Mask (10 Pack): $25

This is a Courtney Grow-approved product. If you don’t know what that means, just think Miss Jenny meets Queen Clarisse Renaldi of Genovia. These are consistently on backorder, BUT if you sign up for the subscription they’ll come sooner. You can cancel at any time.

3. Mesh Beach Tote: $18.90

This cutie comes in all the colors. I took mine on my recent beach trip and loved that sand would fall right out as we walked back to the car. Given I’m a landlock peasant I plan to get my money’s worth by using this to bring home all my farmer’s market treasures this summer.

4. Mix and match tumblers ( 8 pack): $49.95

Another tumbler is the last thing on earth I need, but here is how I justified it. The colors are objectively very cute and when mixed and matched they’re darling. I’m planning on hosting all the backyard picnics and these will be perfect for my guests. We’ll cut back on plastic cup waste and the drinks will remain chill. Not to mention avoid a few drink tipping disasters.

5. Dae Monsoon Moisture Mask: $28

You know when you were a kid and that one time you smothered yourself in butter? No? Only Me? Well, the Dae hair mask gives the same sensations. It leaves your hair soft and luscious.

6. Skylar Clean Fragrance: $29

I know. Buy a fragrance without smelling it? In this economy? You’re just going to have to trust me. Kyle gave this to me for Valentine’s Day and I was terrified to see he bought me a fragrance because that felt way too personal for someone I’ve only been married to for a few months. BUT the shopping angels must have been smiling down on the future of our union because this stuff is good! I really like that it’s clean, too. I don’t actually know what that means so no further questions, please.

7. Amber Perfume Oil Roll-On: $18.99

Again, with the whole trust me on this fragrance speech. This one, like #2, is also a Courtney Grow find. If it’s good enough for Courtney Grow, it’s good enough for me.

8. Always Pan: $115 on sale

I was going to say this frying pan is the Courtney Grow of frying pans, but I think I’ve reached restraining order level here so I’ll stop. Chances are you’ve seen this beauty on Instagram before. I can’t decide why I hate it when a product lives up to every bit of Instagram hype, but unfortunately, this one does. Not to mention it comes in the dreamiest of colors. We always have ours on our stove because we use it every day and it looks very nice.

9. Sunglasses: $13.95

Stay shady. That’s all.

10. EltaMD UV Daily Tinter Broad-spectrum SPF 40: $34.50

I know everyone shares that SuperGoop sunscreen, but here are my thoughts as someone who has purchased and tried both of these. Both offer protection and a glowy finish that would make Bella and Edward proud. However, SuperGoop melts off your face and into your eyes in the sun. EltaMD does not. SuperGoop also smells like sunscreen while EltaMD does not. I’m sticking with EltaMD and no one can stop me.

11. Ruffle-detail Dress: $19.99

When hot girl spring brings sweaty girl summer and the uniform is anything that barely touches my body. This dress, whether you wear it all day or as a coverup is just that. Available in some really good bright colors.

12. Block-heeled Tie-strap Sandal: $39.99

Just a small heal girl in a bigger statement world. The beauties will be great for weddings and date nights, but I also love how pulled together they would make a casual brunch or hot girl Trader Joe’s feel.
