2025 Holiday Gift Guide

This is my second year creating gift guides, and my goal is to make them genuinely helpful in finding the perfect gifts for your loved ones.

The guides include a mix of online products (at various price points), creative DIY or non-linkable ideas, and fun group activities.

I’d love to take credit for these ideas, but they come from hundreds of submissions from all of you—thank you for sharing your tried-and-true gifts! I hope you find something here that inspires you.

Many of the links are affiliate links, meaning I earn a small commission at no extra cost to you if you make a purchase. Thank you for supporting my work and my family by using them!

You can also visit my Amazon storefront to explore most of the products. Since only four lists can be pinned, be sure to scroll to catch the rest. Below are direct links to individual lists—think of it as your “jump to recipe” option. Don’t miss the creative, non-linkable ideas further down and a list of wonderful small businesses to keep your money local!

Typically, people break these things out into a few posts. There is probably an excellent reason for that, but I usually find myself bouncing between a million posts, so I will list mine in one place. Let me know if it’s easier to have separate posts.

As you may know, I’m trying to cut back on hyper-consumption. One element of that is making efforts to direct more of my dollars to small businesses over large corporations. When we buy local and small, approximately 67 cents of every dollar stays in our communities versus just less than 2 cents when buying from large online retailers. Here is a list of small businesses I love and who have great gift potential. All of these shops are owned by wonderful people who are working hard to put good out into the world. There are a few small businesses mixed in below. I’ve highlighted them in red.

Shop Small and Keep it Local

Mesa Verde Lavender: I spray their hydrosol on my pillow and blankets every night before bed. It is the most soothing ritual. I add their whipped honey to just about everything I can.

Pencil Box Art Studio: We are big fans of their child art classes. They focus on process and less on the end product which is perfect for little developing brains. They also just launched “Art in a Box” for any who wants to gift a fun at-home activity. Use code Rosie15 for 15% off!

St.Bingo: A brand new little shop from one of my very favorite local artists. Her handmade flower frogs (used for flower arrangements) and food magnets were immediate ‘add to carts’ for me. Great gift for trickier to shop for girls and gays.

Cords Club: Do you know a girlie who loves earrings and jewelry? Cords Club flat-back studs are the most comfortable and carefully designed out there! Use the above link and save!

Coconu: Hoe Hoe Hoe if you know what I mean. Use the above link and save! Use code Rosie for 30% off!

Sprout and Grain: If you are local to the Utah and Salt Lake County area, this literal angel is offering sourdough classes!

A vintage quilt: Click here for some great options. There are all sorts of price ranges.

Tea, Please: Mouth-watering loose-leaf teas.

Feminiscence: Art that doubles as jewelry.

Lift+Love: For sweet LGBTQ gifts.

Incense of the West: I love these little incense burners.

Mochi Kids: A beautiful mindful children’s shop that makes me want to be a kid again.

Gifts for a craft art project lover

Gel Printing Plate: I’ve had so much fun playing around with this. Include an appropriate-sized roller, print-making paper, and some acrylic paints for a complete bundle. It turns out like this.

Tara Faughnan quilting courses: If you have a new quilter on your list I have loved these online courses!

Punch Needle Kits: The perfect intro to a new hobby with everything you need!

HexClad Cookware: They will be singing your praises every time they cook.

Knife Sharpener: Gift them this, and then make a mental note to sharpen their knives routinely when you visit. This specific brand came as a recommendation from a cook. No more sawing through tomatoes.

Self-watering Herb Planter Box with Trellis: There are a few sizes available. Low maintenance gift that keeps on giving.

Indoor/ Outdoor slippers: These were a hit last year!

Dorai Drying Products: Once you try these you will never go back… to whatever you were using before. They’re beautiful, clean, and smart!

Smart Bird Feeder: If they aren’t already into birds, they will be now! These are SO fun! Get photos and pictures of your visitors sent right to your phone.

Family photos: make sure you take care of all of the coordinating ahead of time so it actually happens, and everyone is on board.
